29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 10356 Duncannon Trail, Montgomery, Alabama:  On or about September 13, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to walk on the tops of framed walls without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet 4 inches to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards:  a)  At Lot 10 Laurel Brook Ln., Montgomery, Alabama:  On or about September 12, 2016 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without training them on fall protection to include but not limited to the requirement for fall protection, how to inspect a harness and how to install fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 11 feet 4 inches to the ground below.
