29 CFR 1926.451(b)(10): Scaffold components manufactured by different manufacturers were intermixed such that the scaffold's structural integrity was not maintained by the user:    a- Front of Building, 93 Isabelle Court, Marlton NJ: Company employees were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below, while performing red brick installation to the exterior surface of a residential building and other masonry related activities from a prefabricated, tubular welded framed scaffold system whose end frames were manufactured by different manufacturers.  Condition observed on or about 09/13/16.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
