Worksite located at 2504 Industrial Road, Kirksville, Missouri- Employees had not been adequately trained to work with aerials lifts and scissor lifts in such close approximation to one another in order to mitigate potential hazards such as scaffolds colliding with one  another.  On9/13/2016 One employee was treated and released for injuries sustained due to fall sustained when the scissor lift was knocked over by an aerial lift working too close in proximity to the scissor lift.
