29 CFR 1910.145(c)(3): Safety instruction sign(s) were not used where there was a need for general instructions and suggestions relative to safety measure(s): (a) I-59 Forrest County Section 74-66 - On or about September 14, 2016 where employees performed mowing operations on each side of two lane single direction interstate roadways "Caution Mowers Ahead" signs were placed only on one shoulder which could be blocked from the view of motorist in opposite lane by large vehicles traveling in the lane on the side where signs were placed. One sign was placed on each end of the work zone which extended past multiple exits.
