Zboyowski Construction; 2516 Pittsburg Ave, Erie, Pa; - On or about 9/15/16, and at times prior thereto, employees were performing roofing activities without fall protection. The employees were working on a flat roof, at least 16 feet above ground, performing roofing activities.
