29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms, and service rooms shall be kept clean and orderly and in a sanitary condition: a) Building 13 - Patriot Store: On or about 9/14/16, goose feces were present on the floor of the store. b) Building 13 - On or about 9/14/16, goose feces were present on walkways leading to the building entrance and and on both the outdoor carpeting/mat at the main door/entrance and indoor carpeting near the doorway. c) Building 14 Near Entrance: On or about 9/14/16, bird and goose feces were present on walkways and steps leading to the building entrance and on outside carpeting/mat at the main door/entrance. d) Building 52 - Basement- Recreation Area: On or about 9/14/16, visible mold was present on the bottom of a wall underneath the water fountain.
