29 CFR 1910.28(c)(7): Posts were not accurately spaced, erected on suitable bases, and maintained plumb.  a) Martins Creek Unit # 3, Worksite - on or about September 15, 2016, an employee directed to conduct a competent person evaluation of a tube and coupler scaffolding system, approximately 17 feet above a lower level, where two sets of guardrails were not provided accurately spaced vertical posts, leaving each set unsecured on one end.
