On or about September 13, 2016 and at times prior thereto, at the construction site located at or near 4317 W 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, an employee used a pneumatic nail gun without eye protection, exposed to struck by hazards while performing roofing construction.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about September 13, 2016 and at times prior thereto, at the construction site located at or near the Young Adult Opportunity Center, 4317 W 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, employees were performing residential roofing construction at heights greater than 6 feet without fall protection. Employees were exposed to the hazard of falling to the ground below.
