29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. (a) Front of building - On or about September 13, 2016 employees were framing a wooden wall using a pneumatic air compressed nail gun with 100 psi and were not protected from eye injury by wearing any safety glasses.
