29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): All places of employment, passageways, storerooms or service rooms were not kept clean and orderly or in a sanitary condition. (a) Hotel Rooms 141, 142, 143, 144 and 145 - On or about September 22, 2016 mold were observed in these hotel rooms. Before renovation, hotel employees had been exposed to mold during housekeeping and equipment removal.
