29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: At Dobie High school 9th grade project site; employees operated a Skyjack SJIII 3219 scissor lift, serial #127873, without strain relief to the male end of the cord and plug, exposing employees to electrical hazards.
