National Fish and Seafood, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 552878, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on November 13, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 159 East Main Street, Gloucester, MA.
