Production Area- On or about September 20, 2016, in the facility employees were required to pick up and sort packaged meat products rolling down a moving conveyor belt. The employer did not ensure that all the rotating gears were guarded by a complete enclosure. The employees were thereby exposed to cuts, lacerations, and amputation hazards.
