29 CFR 1910.135(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee wear a protective helmet when working in areas where there is a potential for injury to the head from falling objects: a) Job site at 532 Academy Street, Maplewood, NJ 07040 An employee was exposed to struck by hazards as he was not wearing his hard hat while participating in tree climbing and limbing operations. Violation occurred on or about 8/16/2016.
