29 CFR 1926.21(b)(2): The employer did not instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his/her environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury:  a) Buck Hill Inn: Employees disturbed lead containing paint during demolition activities and were not trained on the hazards associated with lead and the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.62 - Lead Exposure in Construction, as discovered on or about 09/21/2016.  b) Buck Hill Inn: Employees disturbed cadmium containing paint during demolition activities and were not trained on the hazards associated with cadmium and the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.1127 - Cadmium Exposure in Construction, as discovered on or about 09/21/2016.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
