Esteban Garcia dba Garcia Roofing Exteriors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1018656, citation 1, item 2b, and was affirmed as a final order on June 4, 2016, with respect to a worksite located at 2300 Ash Lane, Northbrook, Illinois. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.
