29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage a) For storage shed where piles of dust and debris were observed both in and outside on floors of a metal and wood shed as well as on an electrical power driven motor, on or about September 22, 2016. The Green Forest Industries, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.176(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1106737, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on June 07, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1365 12th Street, E. Palmetto (FL).

29 CFR 1910.132(d)(1): The employer did not assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE): a) For the weekly cleaning of the metal storage shed where dust debris is collected, an employee uses a full body harness with six foot lanyard and a shock absorber pack while being lifted in a metal basket with guardrails that is placed onto the forks of a Unicarrer Forklift approximately eight to nine feet high, on or about September 22, 2016.
