ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION AND CERTIFICATION REQUIRED    House Wood Products was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Administration standard or its equivalent standard, 29 CFR 1910.213(g)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1134026, citation number 1, item 2a, and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1 Lutes Avenue, Mansfield, PA.
