29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:  a) 571 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. The employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns to install new roofing materials when the employees were not wearing any eye and or face protection exposing them to eye and face injuries from flying debris.     Occurred on or about 09/23/16.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above the lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 29 CFR 1926.502(k) developed and implemented:  a) 571 Ryders Lane, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. The employer allowed his employees to install new roofing materials on the roof of a new two story home while not wearing any fall protection exposing the employees to fall hazards.     Occurred on or about 09/23/16.        Gamboa Contractors LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1091894, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/16,2015, with respect to a workplace located at 1727 Ramick Road, Temple, PA 19560.
