29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws. On or about September 21, 2016, in the welding and assembly area of the fabrication shop where no strain relief was provided from the flexible wiring connected to a knife switch box allowing strain to be applied to the terminal ends in the switch.
