On or about September 22, 2016, employee(s) were exposed to hazardous materials including but not limited to Sherwin Williams paints: ProMar 200 Interior Latex Paint Deep Base (contains Calcium Carbonate, Titanium Dioxide);  SherScrub Supreme Interior Latex Flat Deep Base (contains Crystalline Silica, Cristobalite, Talc, Calcium Carbonate, Titanium Dioxide) and  ProMar 200 Interior Latex Paint Extra White (contains Kaolin, Calcium Carbonate, Titanium Dioxide) while painting the walls and the faux-ceiling frames inside a retail establishment.
