29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) On or about September 15, 2016, a Celaschi Progress 52 cabinet door profiling machine (OP Celaschi #1) located in the main fabrication room did not have an adequate interlocked door timer to ensure the spindle heads were not spinning when the door unlocked providing employees access to the danger zone of the machine.
