29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iv): The employer did not select respirators from a sufficient number of respirator models and sizes to ensure the respirators used in the worksite were acceptable to and correctly fit the users: (Construction Reference 1926.103) (a) On or about September 19, 2016, and at times prior, the employer did not provide its employees with more than one respirator model to choose from. Employees were only provided with the option to select North 7700 Half-Face respirator models by the employer. Abatement Note: Abatement certification is required for this item (See Certificate of Corrective Action Worksheet).
