29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1):  Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area:     (a)  Brown Brothers Asphalt & Concrete, LLC at 4100 E Mexico Ave. Denver, CO 80222:  On or before September 27, 2016, the employer did not ensure that all employees had received hazard communication training for chemicals present at the worksite, including but not limited to asphalt and silica dust hazards.  This condition potentially exposed employees to silica hazards.    Note:  The requirements applicable to construction work under this section are identical to those set forth in 29 CFR 1926.59.
