OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to fall hazards: a) On or about September 29, 2016, employees were exposed to falls of 16 to 30 feet while loading and unloading cargo from aircraft cargo compartments. Among other methods, feasible abatement measures include, but are not limited to making sure all belt loaders are aligned to the center of the aircraft cargo compartment access doors.
