McCarthy Rd Appleton, WI: On and before September 28, 2016, employees were exposed to hazards, including but not limited to inhalation and absorption, from chemicals and substances they had not been trained to understand, recognize and avoid, or prevent contact with, to include but not limited to silica, and Portland cement.
