29 CFR 1910.333(a)(1): The employer failed to ensure that live parts were deenergized before employees began to work on or near live parts. On or about September 26, 2016, at the Wal-Mart located at 3451 Nelson Road Lake Charles, Louisiana, the employer allowed an employee to trouble shoot an energized 110 volt circuit without it being deenergized.
