On or about Wednesday, September 28, 2016 at 5-26 45th Avenue, Long Island City, NY 11101  An emergency exit door located within the coin room was observed to be obstructed by equipment (i.e. mobile coin counter machine and employee desks) preventing the prompt and safe egress of employees from the building in the event of a fire and/or other emergency.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19
