Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. a. On or about September 27, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations, approximately twenty five (25) feet above the ground, were not protected from falling.
