29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: (a) On or about September 28, 2016, at work site at 104-20 Queens Boulevard, Forest Hills, NY 11375 Employer had not provided generic hazard communication training to employees assigned to work as porters for the Jack Parker Corporation at Parker Towers, where the employees work involved the use of hazardous chemicals such as Austin's A-1 bleach, a skin, eye and respiratory irritant. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED PURSUANT TO 29 CFR 1903.19.
