29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace; including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazards and identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form: (a) Outdoor tank storage area - On or about 9/21/2016 and ongoing, employees were required to clean-up and pump approximately 160-gallons of spilled Dimethylacetamide (DMAC). The employer did not estimate employee exposure to the respiratory hazard created by the spilled DMAC and an identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
