29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts were used to support scaffold platforms while the entire platform was not attached to the fork. a) 1204 Riviera Dr., Toms River, NJ: On or about 09/28/2016 an Endreson Construction Company employee was installing trim from a work platform elevated on the forks of a JLG Rough Terrain Fork Lift. The platform was not securely attached to the forks.
