OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards from parking lots with numerous potholes: Location: School bus parking lots, main lot and Plot #14 On or about September 29, 2016, employees were exposed to slip, trip and fall hazards from the potholes. Employees walk through parking lots to access the school buses, toilets, offices, and breakroom. The potholes were located throughout various areas, including the school bus parking area and employee walkways.

Employees were exposed to delays in the event of a fire due to an Emergency Exit that has a dead bolt lock. There are two additional exit doors in the trailer.
