29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): The employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(6)(i) through (ii) of this section: On or about September 30, 2016, employees working in the dental lab were exposed to chemical injuries when using dental lab chemicals including, but not limited to, Nature-Cryl Pour (toxic) and Vitacrylic Sef Curing Monomer (irritant and flammable), and the employer did not ensure that that secondary bottles and containers containing the chemicals were appropriately labeled, tagged or marked.
