29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  On or about 9/28/2016, an employee cleaning an upper deck of a residential home was exposed to a fall hazard due to lack of fall protection system.

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about 9/28/2016, the employer did not develop a written hazard communication program while employees used a waterproofing sealant (Vulkem 350 NF), which the SDS was not available at the jobsite.   PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8):   The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area:  On or about 9/28/2016, the employer did not have a copy of the safety data sheet for a waterproofing sealant (Vulkem 350 NF), which an employee was using on a 2nd floor deck.
