29 CFR 1910.141(a)(3)(i): Places of employment were not kept clean to the extent that the nature of the work allowed: (a) On or about October 4, 2016 in the Post Office area of Building 3, the employer failed to ensure the area was kept clean to the extent possible in that mold was visibly evident on the wall. Employees were exposed to respiratory hazards.
