29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by an employee working from an aerial lift:   (a)   On or about October 2nd, 2016 an employee was exposed to a 24 foot fall hazard while installing siding on a commercial hotel from an articulating boom without the benefit of fall protection at the Mainstay Suites at 1901 44th Street South in Fargo, North Dakota.
