29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: On or about October 3, 2016, at the Sprouts location 2551 Blackmon, Decatur, Georgia: a) Two employees performing welding work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 7-feet when they worked from the work platform of a JLG 400S aerial lift without wearing a harness and attaching a lanyard to the basket. b) Two employees performing welding work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 6-feet 6-inches while working from the work platform of a JLG 400S aerial lift without wearing a harness and attaching a lanyard to the basket.
