29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: On or about 10/4/16 at the S.E. corner of the building under construction; the employer allowed an employee to work from an aerial lift without wearing a body belt with lanyard, and another employee to work at the edge of the roof 16' above the ground handling insulation without any fall protection; neither employee had been provided training under the employer's "Fall Protection Awareness Training" program; thus exposing those employees fall -from-elevation hazards.
