29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: JOB SITE: 16 Shaw Court, Saint Charles, MO 63304, on or about 10/4/2016, a worker was observed actively installing new roof shingles, operating a pneumatic nail gun without any form of eye or face protection. The worker was exposed to a struck-by hazard.
