29 CFR 1910.180(h)(3)(i)(b): The employer did not assure that the load was well secured and properly balanced in the sling or lifting device before it was lifted more than a few inches. a) Worksite - Employees were exposed to being struck by an unbalanced generator which was being lifted by a Grove RT 518 Mobile Crane; on or about 10/1/16. Note: The employer is required to submit abatement certification for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19.
