Employee was exposed to a potential fall height that measured to be 19.1 feet above the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer shall provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. The program shall enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and shall train each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards.  Employees framing a commercial structure without utilizing a fall protection system were not train by the employer to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Employees were exposed to a potential fall height greater than 19' above the ground below.    In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET), and in addition, documentation demonstrating that abatement is complete must be included with your certification.  This documentation may include, but is not limited to, evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence, or written records.
