29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Construction Site: On or about October 4, 2016, four employees working on a steep roof without any form of fall protection. This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of more than 6-feet to the ground below. Ceballos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1084105, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 8, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 7365 Dewberry, Canutillo, TX 79835. Ceballos Roofing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 903068, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on December 20, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 7381 Black Sage, El Paso, TX 79924.
