Employees were exposed to slip and fall hazards.

29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(i): Except as provided elsewhere in this section, the employer must ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2m) or more above a lower level is protected from falling by one or more of the following: guardrail system, safety net system or personal fall protection system:  At the establishment, 401 Commercial Street, Greenleaf, Kansas, employees were working at the gallery top deck level with a gap in the protective guardrail system.  Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 6 feet to the lower level.

29 CFR 1910.37(b)(2): Each exit was not clearly visible and marked by a sign reading "Exit":  At the establishment, 401 Commercial Street, Greenleaf, Kansas, the North side emergency exit door in the middle of the warehouse was not marked with an exit sign.   Employees were exposed to hazards such as burns and  smoke inhalation in the event of an emergency.

Employees were exposed to hazards such as burns and smoke inhalation in the event of an emergency.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i): The dimension of the working space in the direction of access to live parts operating at 600 volts or less and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while alive was less than indicated in Table S1:  At the establishment, 401 Commercial Street, Greenleaf, Kansas, the electrical breaker panel in the SW corner of the warehouse was blocked by pallets of product.  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards in that the panel was not accessible.
