29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents. On or about October, 5 2016 during the structural framing and installation of exterior surface material at the job site located at 4320 Everhard Rd NW, Canton, Ohio 44718; the employer did not ensure employees working on a new commercial construction project installing exterior surface material were protected from possible danger of eye injury from impact, or from flying objects from the employees utilizing an airless sprayer to spray exterior surface material on the West side of the building.
