Worksite located at 1553 Chaucey Ave., Liberty, Missouri- Employees exposed to fall hazards on steep roof were not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection. MC Roofing Company was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), Citation1, Item 1, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 975254 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/17/14 with a workplace located at 207 E. Sea St., Independence, Missouri.
