29 CFR 1910.213(m)(1): Cutting heads of wood shaper(s) were not enclosed with a cage or adjustable guard so designed so as to keep the operator's hand away from the cutting edge: On the west side of the production area, the Lobo SP-475 shaper machine did not have an adjustable guard or slide guard where employees used their hands to slide the material through the blade area exposing employees to amputation hazards.
