29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures: JOB SITE: 5185 Rosemont Drive, Weldon Spring, MO 63304, on or about 10/5/2016, workers were observed on top of a 5:12 pitch roof, approximately 20' 8" eave to ground level, actively removing old roofing material and were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measures. The workers were exposed to a fall hazard.
