29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: At the job site 2801 Heartland Valley Rd, Manhattan, Kansas, employees were doing roofing work on a roof slope of 6 in 12 without a fall protection system in place. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet.
