29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section:    a) 20621 Savannah Road, Georgetown, DE  Chiller and Grading Area - On or about September 24, 2016 the employer failed to ensure that lockout procedures were utilized while sanitizing moving conveyor belts, exposing employees to crushing/amputation hazards created by the conveyor belts and sprocket wheels.
